To me, purpose is alignment—living in obedience to God’s design while serving others with intention. It’s not just about what you do, but who you are becoming while doing it. I believe I am walking in purpose, even though I’m still becoming. Purpose unfolds in seasons, and each season teaches you something vital.

Impact! Influence! Income!
Knowing that something I said, shared, or lived out helped someone gain clarity, heal, or move forward keeps me going. I’m also motivated by faith—the understanding that my life is bigger than me and meant to be a blessing to others. Become successful and guide others on how to lead a successful life.

Self-doubt, fear/timidity and moments of delay were major challenges. I overcame them through prayer, learning, mentorship, and the courage to keep showing up even when I felt unready. I learned that growth doesn’t eliminate fear—it teaches you how to move with it.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?
By first doing the inner work. Confidence is built in private before it is displayed in public. When you commit to growth, consistency, and authenticity, the spotlight naturally finds you. You don’t chase visibility; you become valuable.

Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, and the ability to learn continuously. I would also emphasize discipline and adaptability—these skills will always be relevant regardless of industry or season.

Don’t rush your process. Be patient with it. Growth takes time and every season serves a purpose. Your becoming is just as important as your destination. Stay rooted in purpose, remain teachable, and trust God’s timing. You are not behind—you are being prepared, and preparation often happens before the spotlight.
