Briefly tell us about yourself.
I am Aduragbemi Monone, an Online Educator, Professional Writer, and Etiquette Coach, and the Founder of Emmad E-Tutor Academy. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I work with children aged 4–13 across the UK, US, Canada, and internationally, helping them build strong academic foundations, confidence, and character through personalized online learning.
What does purpose mean to you? Do you feel you are fulfilling purpose?
Purpose, to me, is using what God has placed in your hands to solve real problems and impact lives meaningfully. Yes, I believe I am fulfilling my purpose every time a child gains confidence, improves academically, or a parent feels supported, I am reminded that I am walking in alignment with my calling.
What motivates you to do all you do?
Impact. Knowing that my work shapes young minds, supports families, and prepares children for the future keeps me going. Seeing learners move from struggle to excellence is my biggest motivation.
In your journey to becoming, what challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?
One major challenge was balancing growth with consistency especially in the early days of online teaching. I overcame this through continuous learning, discipline, faith, and adaptability. I learned to embrace challenges as part of the process rather than obstacles.
How can one move from shadow to spotlight?
By showing up consistently, refining your skills, and being confident in your value. Visibility comes when preparation meets opportunity. You must be willing to learn, unlearn, and put your work out there even when it feels uncomfortable.

What advice would you give our readers?
