TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
My name is Chukwunwubah Joy Oluchukwu,
First of all, I’m a child of God, a snackpreneur, an educator, a purpose-driven entrepreneur and a healthy living advocate. I’m a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, from the Physics Education department.

I served in Benin City, Edo State, and that was where my passion for healthy snacks, natural drinks, and teaching people practical skills was ignited. What started as a small interest grew into a strong desire to help people live healthier, think clearer, and turn their skills into something meaningful and profitable. I’m deeply passionate about helping people turn what they know, love, and can do into something meaningful, impactful, and profitable. I believe everyone has something valuable inside them, sometimes it just needs clarity, guidance, and encouragement to come alive.

I work mainly in the area of healthy snacks, natural drinks, business coaching, and personal development. Through teaching, coaching, and sharing my own experiences, I help people build confidence, develop practical skills, and take bold but intentional steps toward growth.

Beyond titles and achievements, I’m simply someone who believes strongly that small beginnings, when nurtured with consistency and purpose, can grow into powerful and impactful stories.

WHAT DOES PURPOSE MEAN TO YOU? DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE FULFILLING PURPOSE?

To me, purpose means living in alignment with what God has placed in your heart and using it to serve others meaningfully. It’s not just about visibility, applause, or financial success but it’s about impact, obedience, and contribution. Purpose is fulfilled when your life adds value to others, even in the smallest ways.

I believe I am walking in purpose, even though I’m still learning, evolving, and growing. I’ve come to understand that purpose is not a final destination you arrive at one day, it’s a journey you walk daily. Each season teaches you something new, and every step, whether small or big, matters in the bigger picture.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO DO ALL YOU DO?

What motivates me the most is seeing lives change. When someone gains clarity, confidence, healing, or even income from something I taught, shared, or lived out, it reminds me why I started in the first place. Those moments make all the effort worthwhile.

I’m also motivated by my own journey, the lessons, the struggles, the mistakes, and the growth. I don’t want my experiences to go to waste when they can serve as light for someone else’s path. Knowing that my story can encourage someone to keep going is a strong driving force for me.

IN YOUR JOURNEY TO BECOMING, WHAT CHALLENGES DID YOU ENCOUNTER, AND HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?

Like many people on a growth journey, I faced challenges such as self-doubt, limited resources, fear of starting small, and sometimes not being fully understood by others. There were moments I questioned myself and wondered if I was doing the right thing.

What helped me overcome these challenges was trust in God, consistency, faith, learning, and surrounding myself with people who had a growth mindset. I learned to take one step at a time, focus on progress rather than perfection, and stop comparing my journey with others.

Over time, I realized that growth looks different for everyone, and that my pace is valid.

HOW CAN ONE MOVE FROM SHADOW TO SPOTLIGHT?

The first step is clarity, knowing who you are, what you stand for, and what value you want to offer. Without clarity, it’s easy to feel lost or invisible.

The next step is consistency, showing up even when nobody is clapping for you or watching closely.

Growth also requires learning, unlearning, and sometimes stretching yourself beyond what feels comfortable. When you keep preparing quietly and staying committed, opportunity eventually meets preparation, and the spotlight comes naturally, without force.

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU RECOMMEND TO YOUNG PEOPLE TO LEARN?

I recommend that young people focus on learning communication skills, digital skills, problem-solving skills, and basic business or financial skills. These skills are essential in today’s fast-changing world.

Beyond that, learning how to learn is very important. The world keeps evolving, and those who are open to continuous learning will always stay relevant.

Skills give you options, confidence, and the ability to adapt no matter where life takes you.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE OUR READERS?

My advice is that you should start where you are and use what you have. Don’t wait until everything looks perfect before you begin.

Growth takes time, and clarity often comes while you’re moving, not while you’re waiting.

Be patient with yourself, stay consistent, and trust the process. Believe that your story matters and that your journey is valid.

Everyone you admire today once started unseen, uncertain, and imperfect, but they chose to keep going.

Through it all, my anchor has been faith in God. I’ve learned that when we commit our journey to Him and take one step at a time, He orders our steps and uses our story to bless others.

Thank you all.
